Excel final test

The last step of the learning path: 20 practical tasks from all levels in 45 minutes. Pass it to receive a certificate with your name, a verification link and a skill profile.

How the test works

  • 20 tasks, one from each topic area of levels 1 to 4: formulas and references, percentages and rounding, conditions, counting and summing by criteria, rankings, sort and filter, conditional formatting, lookups, error values, text, dates, dynamic arrays and PivotTables.
  • 45 minutes. The timer runs at the top.
  • No hints and no solutions. A missing equals sign, an unreadable formula or a missing required function can be corrected without counting.
  • You pass with 75 percent, so at least 15 correct answers.
  • Not passed? Review the topics you were unsure about and start again. Every test has new tasks.

Requirements

You need a free account with a confirmed email address and must have solved all lessons of levels 1 to 4 in the learning path.

The certificate

The certificate shows your name, the date and a certificate ID. Anyone, for example an employer, can verify it at its address. A skill profile describes in plain sentences what you demonstrated. You can print it, save it as a PDF and add it to your LinkedIn profile with one click.

Your score is not on the certificate. For a job application, what counts is that you passed, not whether it was 80 or 95 percent. Only you can see your score, in your account.

Can I retake the test?

Yes, as often as you like, for example after new lessons or to improve. Every test has new tasks. Your certificate keeps its address and stays valid even if a retake goes worse. Your account shows your best score.

It is a LearnThisNext certificate, not a Microsoft certification.
